Artist's Comments

I hope, I did everything all right, since this is my first 'deviation' ^^

story: The comic-Gabriel is somebody, who sees all evil things as true monsters. So I adapted Michelangelo's Creation-theme and made her create the fear she's suffering from...

while drawing this I wondered more and more, whether we are nothing more than the sum of our fears...

I love this! Excellent detail mmm

Ever heard of Johnny the Homicidal Maniac, perchance? The fear reminds me a lot of "Bosch's brains coming out of the wall" to put it in Tessa's words. :) Just wonderin'

actually, he's my favorite comic-artist. I love his work so much... but I thought more about giger doing this... but the black-white contrasts *laughs*... that surely speaks for vanquez!

thank you.

This is incredible - extremely powerful. To be honest my lower jaw hit the floor when I saw this because I haven't seen artwork like this for a LONG time. I've been so absorbed with photography as of late that I've forgotten about other mediums.

Amazing sketch work - you are obviously extremely creative and can convey your imagination onto paper etc with ease.

Thank you so much for sharing!
