there was no way for me to draw, what i had in mind... a summer thunderstorm.

still, the strongest feeling i know is to crave something. to yearn for something... So in two ways, this is a picture about the intense feeling of longing for something. and its one of the friendliest pictures i ever drew... im getting worried...

For the Calendar - project, which ~surika and me organized and :devjanashi: wrote a beautifully organized feature-journal entry about. please have a look at it. [link]

I am very, very thankfull for the great effort, everybody put in.

Still, this picture is not finished. And i still have 3 or 4 days till the calendar goes to the printing press. I would be very thankfull for additional critique - things that need to be changed before its too late and you have to stare at them for one month ; )
if anybody is interested, i could upload a step by step.

edit: I uploaded a new version with some of the mentioned critique worked in. I wasnt able to change everything that was mentioned, I am sorry for that.

das war schon immer eines meiner lieblingsbilder von dir ö_Ö es ist sehr ausdrucksstark! Die Farben, die du benutzt hast, geben dem Bild eine wunderschöne atmosphäre. den "summer thunderstorm" umzusetzen, ist dir prima gelungen! *daumen hoch*
