Es ist wirklich sehr gut gelungen, besonders diese energische dunkle Stimmung hat's wirklich gut. Pyramid head hat ja schon einige 'Fangirls' ...
Ich kenne den Charcter nicht wirklich.
Aber die Zeichnung sowie die coloration gefallen mir sehr gut.

I just saw the movie, it was so wonderful! They did such a good adaptation of the game. Did you see his butt? They show PHead's butt in the movie... hee hee.

I watched the making of featurette as well. It was pretty neat the costume design they did for that guy. As well, they had him do the janitor with his feet barb-wired to his head. It's great, how they practically tortured all thier performers (impaired vision, impaired hearing and ability to communicate, and made them wear thier costumes with no undies!).

I think your depiction of this frightful character is truly awesome. Though his blade should be waaaaay bigger The razorwire looks really good, and the tortured souls in the bg are a nice touch. I forget, was the movie based off of #1 or #2? It's been a long time since I'd seen it played (I'm awful at video games but love watching them, which makes my boyfriend happy, he plays all the time and I just watch!). I remember the third vividly, as the main character looked like a strung out version of my best friend. Especially in the sailor moonesque outfit, lol!

Argh. Ich hab mal wieder zu früh auf "Send" geklickt.
Da gibt's doch noch das ein oder andere, was ich loswerden will.

Erstmal find ich's gut, dass du das Bild vor dem Upload hier nochmal überarbeitet hast. Die veränderte Position des Schwertes hilft zumindest mir, dir die Anatomie zu glauben Wirklich, das sieht klasse aus. Die Reflektion auf dem Schwert selbst wirkt an der Stelle, an der es ursprünglich hinter dem Körper versteckt war, mehr "milchig" als metallisch, aber ich sehe das nicht als Kritikpunkt. Ich hab im Zuge meines Bestrebens, den Hype um Phead nachzuvollziehen irgendein merkwürdiges Pyramidhead-Video auf Youtube gesehen, auf dem mit so einer "Verwischtechnik" gearbeitet wurde, d.h. in unregelmäßigen Abständen ist das Bild unscharf geworden, was ein sehr wirkungsvoller effekt war und daran muss ich jetzt irgendwie denken wenn ich mir das Schwert angucke.
Man versuche nicht, meine Gedanken nachzuvollziehen.

Wie so oft schaffst du's wieder, einem Aspekt der blanken Emotion Angst ein Gesicht zu verleihen. Das ist kein Talent, um das ich dich beneide, aber eines, das viele deiner Arbeiten auszeichnet und einzigartig macht. Die etwas verschwommenen Figuren im Hintergrund erinnern mich immer wieder an Darstellungen von verdammten Seelen in der Hölle/im Hades, und das finde ich sehr, sehr unheimlich und mächtig.

mah, begeistert wie immer.... nach dem Film war mir so dermaßen schlecht (die letzten Szenen hätten nicht sein müssen.... das war verglichen mit dem Rest nur noch schnödes Gesplatter, während man sich davor wenigstens noch gruseln konnte)...

Anyway, I don't really know the character, nor the game, as I...well... you know my attitude towards horror *anything*

The only reason why I've not yet run the other direction screaming stupidly is probably that the piece if once more so typically confusing in its structures and various interweaving subjects, that closer examination is inevitable. And as we all know, that's exactly what tends to make horror stuff so much less frightened (but quite frequently even more disgusting *lol*).

That said, it's a very good and very different piece of artwork. I can't say it's anything I'd hang up on my wall, but then again, I doubt that was your intention so I'd say mission accomplished
